Aluminum sheath coated with Black velvet Matt Ceramics. Matt Black Velvet, length 450-200mm, 2mm aluminum shell Our Ceramic coatings are temperature stable from 650°C, up to 1,100°C for the Black Velvet series. We process two high quality Ceramic formulations. The Ultra Performance Metallic Series. Temperature stable to over 650°C, Black Velvet offers very good corrosion protection, as well as optimum flexibility on all base materials. The Ultra Performance Satin Metallics are not comparable to conventional silicone products. Temperature stable up to over 1,100°C, our Ceramic Coatings are characterized by an optimal flex in combination with a hard and abrasion resistant surface. No calcification at constantly high operating temperatures, no cracking or detachment even at extreme temperature fluctuations. The Ultra Performance Satin Metallics are not comparable to conventional silicon products. Our ceramic coatings, heatresisting up to approx. 1100 °C, offer an optimal flex together with a hard and abrasion-resistant surface. There is no scaling at constant high operating temperatures and there is no crack formation or detach under extreme temperature fluctuation.
