eplacement polished stainless steel exhaust headerpipes to fit your Yamaha FZR1000 Exup 1989-1995 all models.

This is a hybrid of a race system and road exhaust, allows you to ditch the cumbersome Exup valve and servo.

A common fault on the FZR1000 is corrosion of the Exup valve, resulting in blowing headers (mot failure ) and broken control cables from the valve seizing shut. Causing power loss and/or that annoying rattle from the valve. Our headers do away with the whole Exup housing and troublesome valve. Basically its a set of race headers that allow you to use your standard silencer.

This system weighs an astonishing 3.6 kgs compared to 6.4kgs for the standard, and is made from superior 304 grade polished stainless steel, no rejetting required, simply install and ride.

NO REJETTING OR MODIFICATION NEEDED ON MACHINES WITH ORIGINAL FACTORY SETTINGS.

All our exhausts come with a two year manufacturers warranty.

This will accept your standard road legal Yamaha end can or any aftermarket silencer designed for your FZR1000 Exup.

Speed Products downpipes are manufactured from Austenitic stainless steel which offers superior corrosion resistance to that of Ferritic Stainless Steel ensuring your bike continues to provide miles of service and pleasure. Speed Products use high quality 1.5mm section 304 stainless tube for the primary section of the exhaust which are mandrel formed to ensure uniform cross section and dimensions, ensuring a guaranteed fit and performance.

Although the Speed Products Stainless Steel downpipes are designed as a direct replacement for the OEM headers, they will also work in harmony with aftermarket silencers. Whether its a Speed Products Stainless Steel silencer or any other muffler, they will fit straight onto the Speed Products downpipes which are dimensionally designed to replace the original headers.
