We ship worldwide.

Delivery costs are calculated on the weight of the packaged product so will vary from product to product.

EU delivery costs and product prices include VAT.

For non EU countries VAT is not applicable and is removed at the shopping cart once you have selected the country you reside in.

Delivery costs outside of the United Kingdom are shown in the shopping cart when you have selected the country you reside in.

If Goods are being ordered from outside the EU, import duties and taxes may be incurred once your Goods reach their destination.  SPEED PRODUCTS are not responsible for these charges and we undertake to make no calculations or estimates in this regard.  If you are buying internationally, you are advised to contact your local customs authorities for further details on costs and procedures. As the purchaser of the Goods, you will also be the importer of record and as such should ensure that your purchase is in full compliance with the laws of the country into which the Goods are being imported. Please be aware that Goods may be inspected on arrival at port for customs purposes and SPEED PRODUCTS  cannot guarantee that the packaging of your Goods will be free of signs of tampering.

We do understand that when you make an order, you want your gear as quickly as possible and we will do our best to make that happen!

Most of the items we sell will be manufactured after the order within 10-15 days. We will ship as soon as we can quickly to be at your door fast UPS Express.

Items will have an availability status shown once a size/color is selected on the product page; this availability status will also be shown on the shopping cart page and in your order confirmation email.

A shipping confirmation email including carrier specific tracking information will typically be sent within 24 hours of an item shipping. For example, if you place an order Monday night and it ships out Thursday morning, you will receive your tracking information either Thursday evening or Friday morning.

Most shipments within the lower contiguous 48 States utilize UPS.

Order Cancellation

If you change your mind, act quickly! We turn around and process orders extremely quickly.

Orders can be modified or cancelled only while their status is labeled "Order Received." Once an order has a status of "Order Processed," and is within the manufacturing process it cannot be cancelled or modified, as the order has been processed by our warehouse and is in the queue to be shipped out.

Alaska / Hawaii / U.S. Territories

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands will ship via UPS from Philadelphia or Las Vegas.  Please allow an additional 3-5 business days to process your order. Orders shipping to these locations cannot be expedited.

International Orders

Orders shipping to an International destination will ship via UPS. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days to process your order.

Hazardous Items

Items designated as hazardous (such as paints and chemicals) may only be shipped via ground shipping to the contiguous 48 United States. Hazardous items will be clearly identified during the shopping process.

Oversize Items

Oversize items are currently only being shipped via Ground to the contiguous 48 United States. Oversize items will be clearly identified during the shopping process. Oversized items include: ramps, fairings, motorcycle stands, fenders, street and dirt bike stands, certain full exhaust systems, street and cruiser handle bars, rims, seats, etc.

Delivery Policy

Typically packages will be left at your door and do not require a signature. Sometimes we will ship an item vendor direct and those vendors may require a signature on their shipments. If you absolutely need one way or the other, please contact Customer Service before placing your order.

Backorders

Speed Products does not typically take back orders, however items in which a back order or pre-order is available will be clearly identified.

Damaged Goods

If an item arrives visibly damaged, please contact Speed Products service team by email immediately. Claims are handled through the shipping carrier, but Speed Products will assist customers with these claims to the best of its ability.
