Nuestros sistemas de escape se fabrican según los requisitos y especificaciones del cliente. No son artículos de almacén (los artículos de almacén están etiquetados como tales y no pueden adaptarse, modificarse ni configurarse), sino que se fabrican individualmente según los requisitos del cliente dentro de las posibilidades de producción.
Se aplica lo siguiente: según el artículo 312d, párrafo 1, nº 1 del Código Civil alemán (BGB), no existe derecho de desistimiento en los contratos de venta a distancia para la entrega de mercancías fabricadas según las especificaciones del cliente. Lea también la información adicional sobre el derecho de desistimiento y las condiciones generales. No obstante, dado que los sistemas de escape se fabrican a mano, puede haber retrasos en la entrega de determinados sistemas. Sin embargo, los silenciadores, colectores y sistemas de escape no son productos fabricados en serie, sino que son soldados, pulidos, fabricados y acabados a mano por especialistas según sus deseos y especificaciones. Nos esforzamos por reducir al máximo los plazos de entrega.
