Race-developed, world-renowned pipe

CarbonRi Reinforced
CarbonRi is a unique new design used on all our
Carbon Fiber Exhaust. This design consists of an
Aluminum lattice woven into the Carbon core. Ultra-
lightweight, the results are better heat transfer
and longer resistance. We have been using Carbon
Fiber in motorcycle mufflers since 1990. We draw
on only the best high temperature resins, and control
a proprietary lining system adopted from spacecraft,
for additional heat resistance. Our CarbonRi is
continuously woand over a precision machined mandrel
for a 100% seamless bond. The tube is then cured
in a high temperature autoclave oven for superior
strength and heat resistance. These crucial elements
meld to form a precision lightweight muffler.
Aluminium 7065T6
Aluminum 7065T6 is a very lightweight and strong
material used extensively in the aerospace, automotive,
and of course, motorcycle industries. Aluminum is
a wise choice due to its excellent strength to weight
ratio, corrosion resistance, and clean look. We
use lightweight thin-wall extruded 7065 aluminum
alloy made exclusivly by one of the leading german
aluminum producers for Cobra, that is heat treated
to a T-6 condition for increased strength, durability,
hardness, and finish hold. After the aluminum has
been heat treated, it is cut to length and given
a polished to a high glossy effect.
Ounce for ounce aluminum is the best value of all
our Cobra series mufflers. As a rule our aluminum
mufflers weight about 8.3oz. more than Carbon. BSI
Weight titanium
One of theworld’s strongest readily available
metals, making it ideal for our mufflers. It is
45% lighter than steel with comparable strength,
and twice as strong as aluminum while being only
60% heavier. That’s right titanium is HEAVIER
than aluminum, but since it is twice as strong we
are able to use very thin (.024”) material
to construct our Titanium muffler. The result is
a muffler that is about 8.3oz. lighter than our
aluminum mufflers. Titanium has become an industry
standard for motorcycle mufflers due to its durability,
corrosion resistance, lightweight, and factory loocut
to length and given a polished to a high glossy
effect.
Removeable DB Killer muffler

If you want to quiet your system with a Street and
road legal muffler, then the DB Killer is what you
need. Available separately, the DB Killer acts as
both a noise dampener, quieting the bike to ECE
Approved decibles and also as a spark arrestor for
trail riding. This tip mutes the exhaust tone.

Bolt-on flange ·

CNC machined made out ofsuperlite 7065T6 Hitec aluminum.
Weight difference: over 250 grams. The flange is
made out of one-piece. Add one of our flange on
exhaust systems and turn on the power by adding
up to 4.5hp. This system will replace just the canister
on your bike Flange-On exhaust system.
Slip-on Muffler and inner
sleeve

Joint tubes and link pies are independent. Therfore
the tubes are “free flaoting” and are
attached using the comfortable Quick Access Spring
system. Stress on the material due to engine vibration
is reduced therefore to a minimum.

Cobra Header

Tubes are made from stainless steel using lastest
german tube forming and bending machines. The process
of using different diameters ensures, that the header
design develops the ultimate gas flow, while reducing
tubulence of the gases. Therfore the tubes are “free
flaoting” and are attached using the comfortable
Quick Access Spring system. Stress on the material
due to engine vibration is reduced therefore to
a minimum.
